Bill and his friendly and attentive staff consistently prepare the southern classics (fried chicken, okra, biscuits & gravy, sweet tea) to perfection. The hoe cakes (cornmeal pancakes) are my daughters favorite breakfast and the Friday low country boil dinner is an incredible delight."

Whenever my wife and I visit our family in Braselton from our home in Maryland, I make sure that we have planned into the activities daily breakfasts at "Papa Jack's" and an occasional lunch. Since I have always considered breakfast my favorite meal of the day, I am never disappointed with the meal that Bill's staff prepares. As delicious as the "Hoe cakes"; meat and eggs; and, biscuits taste - it is the friendly atmosphere from Bill and his staff that really completes the dining experience. I highly recommend "Papa Jack's"!
